BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM

Before proceeding with your registration, please settle the corresponding conference fee. Payments may be sent via GCash to:
0995 911 8644 (Jet Lee Olimberio).

If you are registering as a new or reactivating member, kindly include the membership fee in the same payment transaction. Registration and membership fees are listed below.

Required Documents

For Members (New, Reactivating, or Active)

Please prepare the soft copies of the following:

1. Proof of valid active membership

This may be your BIOTA membership certificate showing active status up to at least February 6, 2026.

OR (if a certificate was not yet received)

Proof of payment of membership fee

Date of payment should be on or after February 6, 2025.

2. Proof of payment of registration fee (and membership fee for new and reactivating members)

3. For students: A valid school ID or any proof of enrollment for the current semester

For Non-Members

Please prepare the soft copies of the following:

1. A valid ID (or proof of enrollment for students)

2. Proof of payment of the registration fee

Do you need a formal invitation? 

You may generate a formal invitation addressed to you or your school head here.
